With over 20 years' experience, Debbie heads up our busy lettings and property management office. Having lived and worked in Oxfordshire and Berkshire throughout her career- including several years with corporate agents in the region - there is little that happens in the area that passes her by.

Hugely knowledgeable and easy to talk to, she has built the kind of lasting relationships with landlords and tenants that keep people coming back and coming in for a chat as much as for the advice.

Outside the office, Debbie is equally devoted to her horse, Nevis, her cats, and her dog Lyra - a familiar and much-loved face around the Winterbrook office.

A Wallingford resident, Julian has worked from the St Martin's Street office for over 25 years, in a career spanning more than three decades in property.

He recognised early on that word of mouth and recommendation count for everything, a principle that still shapes how Winterbrook operates. Rather than chasing volume, Julian has always taken a more measured approach to selling property, favouring quality over quantity and the time to get each sale right.

That approach has earned him the trust of some of the region's most exceptional homeowners, and a reputation built on integrity, insight and attention to detail. He is a qualified member of Propertymark for both sales and lettings, and a longstanding supporter of local businesses and charities across the region

Geraldine Meredith

Our first ever employee, Geraldine joined the business in 1992 and has been part of the team ever since. Having lived and worked locally throughout that time, her knowledge of the area is second to none.

A long-time Cholsey resident, she's a keen supporter of the village and can often be found helping out at Dorchester on Thames Cricket Club at weekends. Away from the office, Geraldine is an equally dedicated gardener - her lawn is kept to bowling-green standard- and enjoys spending time with her daughter and son-in-law in the village, or relaxing by the wood burner in her Cholsey bungalow.

Tom Price

Tom joins our sales team on a part-time basis, splitting his time between Winterbrook and running his own bookselling business. A Wallingford local, he brings a genuine feel for the area and a sharp head for business.

Easy to talk to, Tom takes real care in understanding what matters to buyers and sellers – the personal touch that keeps clients coming back.

Running his own business alongside his work at Winterbrook means Tom knows exactly what it takes to get a deal over the line, and he brings that same drive and attention to detail to every transaction he handles.

Jessica Walley

A graduate in Graphic Design, Jessica joined the family business bringing a sharp creative eye to a fast-changing industry. She leads on business development, marketing and social media at Winterbrook, shaping everything from campaign ideas to what appears on our social channels each week.

Alongside the creative side of the business, Jessica also lends a hand with the day-to-day running of the agency — a combination that keeps her closely in touch with both the brand and the people it serves.
