Stadhampton is a small village on the River Thames, in South Oxfordshire, roughly midway between Wallingford and Oxford.
Architecturally, the village retains a good number of 17th- and 18th-century buildings clustered around its green, several thatched and timber-framed cottages. Today the village is centred on that green, with the church fronting it. It's a quiet, characterful spot, the kind of village that appeals to buyers wanting genuine rural Oxfordshire character with easy reach of both Wallingford and Oxford and access to the M40.
With some recent development in the area on the outskirts, there is in appeal to families who are working in the area and seek the excellent road links. There are a few pubs in and around the village with an excellent local shop in the centre part of the garage.
With potential tenants coming from a wide area attracted to the location and easy road links we have gained an understanding of tenants seeking a property in the village and ensure our properties are presented to the right audience.
